Set against the backdrop of the fall out from the 2016 controversial attempted coup in Turkey, a university lecturer, a police officer, and a Kurdish artist are accused of being terrorists. Facing detention they are forced to leave their homes and loved ones behind and get out of the country. They have no choice but to join a group of migrants being illegally smuggled out of Turkey.
